Our sourdough microbakery is proudly located in the heart of Palmer and dedicated to serving the entire Matsu-Valley. Our microbakery operates exclusively on a pre-order basis through our website, ensuring that each loaf is freshly baked just for you. Our designated kitchen is built into a section of our residential property, which is why we do not function as a traditional brick-and-mortar bakery. How It Works
Our online ordering system lets us run our bakery on our own schedule, while giving you the freedom to order exactly what you want off of our menu - freshly baked just for you. It helps us keep things efficient and avoid the high overhead costs of a storefront, so we can offer you hand-crafted sourdough at a more affordable price.

Contactless Pickup
Our pickup system is completely contactless, so you can easily grab and go! Your baked goods are carefully packaged and protected, and will be placed in a designated pickup area labeled with your name, no matter the season.
